Spicy super green probiotic dressing
Try this zingy dressing on tacos, as a dip, or as a raw marinade for a gut-healthy flavour hit.
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup packed cilantro, mint and parsley
- 1 jalapeño, seeds removed
- 1 green birdseye chilli, seeds removed
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 juiced limes
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cashews soaked overnight
- 200g COYO Probiotic Natural Coconut Milk Yoghurt
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor (except the cashews and the yoghurt) and blend until well combined.
- Add the soaked cashews and COYO Probiotic Natural Coconut Milk Yoghurt and pulse until smooth.
- Add additional water and oil until desired consistency is achieved, then place in a glass jar to store.
