Spicy super green probiotic dressing

Try this zingy dressing on tacos, as a dip, or as a raw marinade for a gut-healthy flavour hit.


  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup packed cilantro, mint and parsley
  • 1 jalapeño, seeds removed
  • 1 green birdseye chilli, seeds removed
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 juiced limes
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cashews soaked overnight
  • 200g COYO Probiotic Natural Coconut Milk Yoghurt


  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor (except the cashews and the yoghurt) and blend until well combined.
  2. Add the soaked cashews and COYO Probiotic Natural Coconut Milk Yoghurt and pulse until smooth.
  3. Add additional water and oil until desired consistency is achieved, then place in a glass jar to store.
