Strawberry chia pots

These overnight chia pudding pots are quick to prepare, packed with nutrition, and delicious – a fantastic way to start your day.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Place 200 grams of the strawberries and the banana, spices, vanilla, coconut oil and coconut cream in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and fold through the chia seeds.
  3. Divide among four serving pots or bowls, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve with the remaining strawberry halves and a sprinkle of extra chia seeds or coconut shavings.
