Apricot and tahini bliss balls

Loaded with fibre and healthy fats, these bliss balls are the perfect mid-morning or afternoon pick-me-up snack!

Ingredients

Method

  1. Add the tahini, cinnamon, apricots, oats, almonds, flaxseed and maple syrup to a food processer and blend until smooth.
  2. Add a couple of teaspoons of warm water to loosen the mixture, if needed.
  3. Roll mixture into small balls (1-1.5 tablepoons) and then roll in coconut.
  4. Chill for an hour before eating.

 

TIP: These balls can be stored in the fridge for up to a week, and in the freezer for up to three months.
