Beetroot borani

This delicious yoghurt dip is so simple to make and will definitely keep you coming back for more!

Ingredients

Method

  1. Pulse the beetroot in a food processor, in batches, until it forms a course puree.
  2. Place into a large bowl and add the remainder of the ingredients.
  3. Season with salt and ground white pepper to taste, mix well, and serve with your choice of accompaniment.
