Method
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC and grease doughnut moulds.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients, ensuring there are no lumps (depending on your cocoa powder, you may need to sift it into the mixture).
- Add the wet ingredients, mixing until a thick consistency forms.
- Add the mixture to the doughnut moulds only about 75 percent of the way to allow for rising of the mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 mins or until baked all the way through.
- While the doughnuts are cooling, melt together the chocolate and coconut oil.
- Once the doughnuts have cooled (approx. 10 minutes), dip them in the chocolate and then add the hazelnuts on top.
- Set for a further 5 minutes and enjoy!
