Method
- Add the rolled oats and plant milk to a pot on medium heat. Wait until it is bubbling, around 5 minutes, and then add in the cinnamon and chia seeds. Mix to combine.
- Transfer the oats to a bowl and top with the sliced banana, dollop of chia raspberry jam, a handful of nuts, and the passionfruit. Top it off with some whole flaxseeds and cacao nibs for extra crunch!
TIP: You can make ultra-nutritious chia berry jam in less than ten minutes by heating fresh or frozen berries in a small pan along with water, chia seeds, and (optionally) maple syrup to taste. Check out this recipe by Dr Tasia Cech for quantities and steps.
