Makes 8–10
Method
- Add all ingredients (except chocolate) into a food processor and blend until a sticky ‘dough’ forms.
- Mix through the chocolate, then roll into golf ball-sized balls.
- Pop in the freezer to firm for an hour or two, then EAT!
