Avo chocolate mousse

Looking for a quick and easy vegan dessert for your next BBQ or dinner party? You can’t go wrong with this airy, fluffy and creamy chocolate mousse made on a base of avocado.

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate (in the microwave or a double boiler).
  2. Add all the ingredients, including the melted chocolate, to a food processor and blend until well combined.
  3. Spoon the mousse into small jars, glasses or bowls. Add your desired toppings.
  4. Consume at room temperature or refrigerate for 3 hours for a firmer consistency.

TIP: The mousse can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days or can be frozen for up to 3 months.
