Method
- Melt the chocolate (in the microwave or a double boiler).
- Add all the ingredients, including the melted chocolate, to a food processor and blend until well combined.
- Spoon the mousse into small jars, glasses or bowls. Add your desired toppings.
- Consume at room temperature or refrigerate for 3 hours for a firmer consistency.
TIP: The mousse can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days or can be frozen for up to 3 months.
