Method
- If using dried noodles, cook as per packet instructions and then set aside.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium–high heat. Add the tofu, garlic, sauces, and cabbage to the pan and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles, toss well, and heat through.
- Serve topped with spring onion and fried shallots, then squeeze over some fresh lime juice.
