Creamy chocolate chia pudding

Simple but luxurious, this chia pudding is a wonderful source of omega-3 and antioxidants. Top with sliced seasonal fruit for a colourful and delicious additional nutrient boost.

Method

  1. Add all ingredients except the sliced fruit to a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Pour into a serving bowl or glass, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Served chilled and top with sliced strawberries or other seasonal fruit.

TIP: To scale up this recipe, simply multiply the quantities by the number of servings required. Works well in a big batch for weekday breakfasts with your toppings of choice!
